You can apply for counselling either by telephone on 01225 767459 or online by completing the form below and paying an initial assessment online fee of £10.00.
This covers your initial appointment, which is much like a counselling session and gives you the space to talk about what has brought you to counselling, and how we may be able to help. It is our aim to provide this session within seven days of receiving this form.
